These terms cover your use of digitalredefined.com. The site is run by Digital Redefined, LLC, of Marysville, Ohio ("Digital Redefined", "we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
What this site is
The site describes what Digital Redefined does, publishes articles on vacation rental marketing, and lets you book an STR Insight Session or send us a message. It's information about our services, not an offer to provide them.
Our services have their own agreement
Nothing on this site makes you a client. When we work together, a written proposal or agreement sets out the scope, the price and the terms. If that agreement and these terms ever disagree, the agreement wins.
Booking an STR Insight Session
Sessions are booked through Calendly, a third-party scheduling service, and Calendly's own terms and privacy policy apply to the booking. A session is a free conversation, not paid advice, and booking one doesn't commit either of us to anything further. We may decline or reschedule a booking.
Articles and case studies are general information
Our articles, case studies and examples describe what we've seen and what worked for specific operators. They are general information, not advice for your business, and not a promise of results. Your results depend on your market, your properties and plenty that's outside anyone's control. Past results don't guarantee future ones.
Our content
The text, graphics, GROW System materials, logos and the Booking Redefined name on this site belong to Digital Redefined or to the people who licensed them to us. You're welcome to read the site, share links to it, and quote short passages with credit and a link. Don't copy, republish or sell it, or present it as your own, without our written permission.
Using the site fairly
Please don't:
- try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it
- collect content or contact details from the site by automated means
- send spam, malware or unlawful content through the contact form
- pretend to be someone else
What you send us
When you send a message or book a session, you're giving us what we need to reply and prepare. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy. Please don't send passwords, payment details or your guests' personal information through the site.
Links to other sites
The site links to other websites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
No warranties
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Information on the site can go out of date.
Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, Digital Redefined isn't liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including lost profits or bookings, that comes from using this site. Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to $100. This section doesn't cover work done under a client agreement, which has its own terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any dispute about the site will be heard in the state courts in Union County, Ohio, or the federal courts for the Southern District of Ohio.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the current version. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
