What happens if my site is hacked or goes down?

We back up your site every day, so there's always a clean copy ready to restore. If your site is hacked, we follow a proven cleanup process: take the site offline if needed, identify and remove the malicious code, restore from a clean backup, close the entry point that let it happen, and reset all credentials before bringing it back. If your site goes down for any other reason, we're monitoring for it — often we know before you do, and we get to work immediately.

What's included in the monthly maintenance report?

Every month, you get a plain-language report covering the health and performance of your site. That includes an analysis of your Google Analytics (who's visiting and what they're doing), your Google Search Console (how you're showing up in search), and an Ahrefs site audit (technical SEO issues and how they're trending). You'll also see a log of every WordPress core, plugin, and theme update we performed, security scan results, backup confirmations, and uptime — so you know exactly what was done and how your site is performing.

Can I get on a care plan if Digital Redefined didn't build my site?

Yes. We take care of all kinds of short-term rental direct booking websites, no matter who built them. Before we start, we run an audit of your site so we know exactly what we're working with — then we bring it up to our hosting and security standards.

What counts as a content change request?

A content change request is a small update to existing pages — the kind of edit that takes our team 30 minutes or less. Examples: swapping out photos, updating page text, changing rates or policy wording, adding a testimonial, or updating contact details. New pages, page redesigns, new features or functionality, and custom development aren't content changes — those are scoped as separate projects, and we'll always quote them before any work begins.

What kind of hosting is included?

Your site runs on our GridPane-managed hosting — a high-performance server stack purpose-built for WordPress. That means server-level page caching, so once a page loads, a static version is served much faster the next time someone visits, plus Redis object caching for fast dynamic pages like search results and booking pages. Security is handled at the server level too: firewall protection, Fail2Ban, malware scanning, and site hardening, along with free SSL certificates, and each site is isolated from other sites on the same server. Every site also gets a staging environment, so updates are tested before they ever touch your live site.

How quickly can my plan be set up?

Typically, 7 to 10 days. We start with an audit of your current site to identify everything needed for a clean migration — then we move your site to our hosting, set up your Google Analytics and Search Console accounts properly, and verify that everything is running as it should before we call it done. Minimal downtime, no surprises.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. We just ask for 30 days' notice so we can wrap things up properly — final backups, a clean handoff of your site files, and transfer of any accounts back to you. No long-term contracts, no cancellation fees.
