We want everyone to be able to use this site, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard instead of a mouse, screen magnification or other assistive technology.

The standard we aim for

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, published by the W3C. Right now the site partially conforms: some parts don't fully meet the standard yet. We last assessed the site ourselves in October 2026.

How we keep it accessible

Before a page goes live, and again whenever we change it, we check it for:

  • colour contrast
  • a clear heading structure
  • full use with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline
  • text alternatives for meaningful images
  • link text that makes sense out of context
  • layout on desktop and mobile

What we know doesn't work yet

  • The booking calendar. The STR Insight Session calendar is provided by Calendly, a third-party service, so we can't fix accessibility problems inside it. If it gives you trouble, call 614-499-5017 or send us a message and we'll book the session with you directly.
